The Jireh Center
Leah’s Sisters has partnered with the Rwandan government and Restoration Church in Kigali, Rwanda, to build the Jireh Business Training Center for the purpose of training the young girls and widows of Rwanda.
The center sits on fifty acres of land with classrooms, offices, a chapel, and a clinic with a full time nurse to serve young mothers and children. A staff of Rwandans teach literacy, computer, hair-dressing and dress-making classes.
In 2010, the Jireh Center is also initiating a ministry to women and girl victims of gender violence.
