Girls At Risk

In every nation of the world, we are losing our young innocent girls to the horrors of sex trafficking. In Nepal and Cambodia they are as young as five years old. In Africa they are raped and and infected with HIV AIDS. In  Europe young teenage women are  bartered and shipped off to other nation,

Raised in extreme poverty and in societies that do not value their gender, young, uneducated girls are at risk of dropping into prostitution as a means to survive. Others are simply taken against their will and held captive until they are no longer attractive.

In Thailand, Burma and Africa, Leah's Sisters is involved in rescuing these girls from a dead-end future. We have built and are involved in Centers that teach literacy, sewiing, weaving, computer-literacy, and basket weaving. We make sure they are sent to school, nurtured in the ways of Christ, and learn how to take care of themselves.

They are our global sisters and daughters. Sponsoring one girl in Thailand or Africa or Burma prevents one more tragic statistic in the world and raises up a leader who will serve her own. It's the best kind of multiplication.
