WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY?
Exchanges and returns are easy!
- You may return any unused resources purchased directly from Leah’s Sisters within 30 days of receipt of order.
- Returns made to Leah’s Sisters will be refunded in the original form of payment.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Any resources considered used or damaged upon return will be subject to a 15% processing fee.
- We will gladly cover return shipping costs on any return caused by our error. Our Customer Relations team can guide you through the process. Contact us by emailing: info@leahsSisters.org
HOW DO I RETURN MY RESOURCES?
- You can use any shipping method to return your resources (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx). We highly advise that you secure a tracking number for your return. Leah’s Sisters is not liable for any return package damaged or lost in transit.

- · Refunds are processed shortly after receipt. Please allow one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
HOW DO I KNOW MY EXCHANGE/RETURN HAS BEEN PROCESSED
- Please allow up to 10 business days for processing from the time you return your item(s) to us. If you are exchanging your item(s), you will get an email confirmation once the replacement order has shipped.
WHAT IF I WAS SHIPPED THE WRONG ITEM(S)
- We apologize for any shipping mistakes. Please contact us so we can correct our error as quickly as possible.
